Precautions for the use of external wall panels

When handling external wall panels and loading and unloading external wall panels, the length direction of the panels should be used as the stress side, and the panels should be handled carefully to avoid collision and damage to the panels;
When handling a single sheet, the sheet should be moved upright to avoid deformation of the sheet.

The bottom surface of the transportation means must be flat, and the external wall panels should be fixed after horizontal loading to avoid product damage due to excessive binding of external wall panels during fixing;
Reduce vibration during transportation to prevent collision and rain.

The environment for placing external wall panels should be ventilated and dry, and the site must be flat and solid;
When using square wood cushions, ensure that the product is not deformed;

When placed in the open air, the exterior wall panels should be completely covered with waterproof cloth;
When storing external wall panels, they should be kept away from high temperature and high humidity areas, and should not be mixed with corrosive materials such as oils and chemicals.

When opening the external wallboard package, you should lay it flat first, then unpack it from the top of the product package, and take out the board from top to bottom;
Do not open the outer wall panel from the side to avoid scratches on the panel.

After the external wall panel is cut, the cutting iron filings will be attached to the surface and the incision of the panel, which is easy to rust. The remaining iron filings should be removed.

During construction, attention should be paid to protect the surface of the external wall board to avoid scratches and impacts.

Avoid construction work when it is raining;

During the construction process, prevent the interior of the external wall panels from contacting with water to prevent internal water from seeping from the surface, causing corrosion and rust on the surface of the panel, reducing its service life.

Avoid using it in high temperature, high humidity, and acid discharge places (such as boiler rooms, combustion chambers, hot springs, paper mills, etc.).

For the railings protruding from the wall, the air-conditioning wall pipes and the condensate pipes, the corresponding dimensions should be reserved before the plate installation. Do not open holes after the plate installation.
If there are supporting members for air conditioners, exhaust vents and other facilities on the surface of the wall, the electric welding and other processes should be carried out before the wall panels and insulation materials are laid.
